Overview

Over a longer collaboration with Templafy, I worked closely with the internal teams as an embedded creative resource, supporting a wide range of content initiatives across the company. The work included producing product launch videos, webinar visuals and recordings, social media content, and a variety of micro-interactions and animations used across the website, social channels, and email campaigns. Alongside video production, I also photographed employees across several offices, building a library of portraits and brand imagery that helped give the company’s communications a more human and consistent visual identity.

Problems

As a fast-growing global SaaS company, Templafy needed a steady flow of high-quality content that could support different parts of the business—from product marketing and events to employer branding and digital campaigns. The challenge was maintaining a cohesive visual identity and storytelling approach across many formats and platforms, while producing content quickly enough to support ongoing launches, campaigns, and internal initiatives.

Solutions

Working closely with marketing, product, and communications teams, I helped develop and produce a wide range of visual assets that could be used across multiple channels and touchpoints. This included video production, photography, motion graphics, and platform-specific content designed for social media, web, and email distribution. By combining strategic thinking with hands-on production, the collaboration helped establish a consistent visual style while enabling the company to scale its content output across product launches, campaigns, and internal storytelling.
