Overview
Over a three-year collaboration with Google, I worked across a range of event-based productions in Scandinavia, supporting both private executive gatherings and large-scale industry conferences. This included owning the video production for their CTO Dinner series—exclusive events held multiple times a year across the region—as well as covering their presence at major conferences such as TechBBQ in Copenhagen and Slush in Helsinki. Depending on the project, my role ranged from full production to direction and post-production, ensuring a consistent visual and storytelling approach across all outputs.

Problem
Google needed content that could capture the value of their physical presence at both intimate and large-scale events, while aligning with broader communication goals. The challenge was to create films that not only documented attendance, but also highlighted key themes and initiatives—such as Women in Tech, the impact of AI across industries, and support for the startup ecosystem—while remaining engaging, authentic, and adaptable across different formats and platforms.
Solution
The approach focused on combining event coverage with intentional storytelling, shaping each film around the themes and strategic focus areas relevant to each event. Through a mix of interviews, observational footage, and curated moments, the videos reflected both the atmosphere and the substance of Google’s presence. Across projects, I adapted between leading full productions and contributing through direction and post-production, ensuring consistency in tone and quality. The result was a series of films that not only documented events, but also communicated Google’s role, perspectives, and impact within the tech and startup communities.
